Return & Refund Policy

At Stuck On V1, we want you to love your aviation inspired products. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or there is an error with your order.

Please carefully check all personalisation details before placing your order, including spelling and aircraft choices.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing any damage or problem

We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (where eligible) and place a new order.
